Returning by popular demand, Jane captured our hearts last time she performed at the Mill. Championed by BBC Radio 2’s Johnnie Walker and Bob Harris, Somerset-based Jane is no ordinary singer-songwriter. Her sharp, witty lyrics are delivered in a sultry folk voice that has an intangible magic, soul and passion that somehow connects the audience with every word. Critically acclaimed, she has supported Jools Holland, Bill Wyman, and Paulo Nutini, and won Best Singer Songwriter Album for “Compass” in the Independent Music Awards. Expect “classic, timeless songwriting”from “a quintessentially English Gem” (Time Out). Jane is joined at the Mill by the three members of her multi-instrumental band.
