Map and Directions

By foot or bike:  A number of public footpaths converge at Otterton, including a very popular footpath along the River Otter from Budleigh Salterton. We are also just off the national cyclepath network.

By car:  We're just fifteen minutes from Exeter between Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth

From M5 / Exeter:
Turn off onto the A376 at Junction 30
At the Clyst St Mary roundabout take the A3052 towards Sidmouth / Newton Poppleford
At Newton Poppleford turn right (B3178) at the mini-roundabout towards Budleigh Salterton and Bicton
Follow the road for approximately two miles and turn left at the sign for Otterton (by the Stone Cross)
We are the first building on the right hand side just over the bridge

By bus or train:  Otterton is served by regular busses from Exmouth and Sidmouth (157/357). The nearest rail station is Exmouth (bus link to Otterton).
